Measure the vehicle you have

The model is a start.
The configuration decides.

A roll cage, roof, windshield, oversized tires or aftermarket suspension can change equipment fit. Do not assume every UTV fits a standard enclosed trailer.

Width
Measure the widest actual point, including tires and accessories.
Height
Include the roll cage, roof and any equipment above it.
Length & weight
Account for bumpers, racks, cargo and installed attachments.
Condition & clearance
Disclose whether it rolls, steers and brakes, plus any loading constraints.

Performance & utility

From the trail
to the worksite.

Examples include the vehicle families below and comparable side-by-sides. The current configuration and condition—not the brand alone—drive the equipment review.

Polaris RZR & Ranger
Recreation, performance and utility configurations require their own fit assessment.
Can-Am Maverick & Defender
Include changes to tires, suspension, roofs and accessories.
Honda Talon & Pioneer
Tell us about seating layout, attachments and the vehicle’s actual dimensions.
Kawasaki Mule & Teryx
Work-ready and recreational configurations can present different loading needs.

Choose the right platform

Open transport.
Room for the real dimensions.

A suitable open flatbed or trailer may accommodate vehicles that need more loading space. Capacity, ramp angle, deck width and access still need review. The UTV travels exposed to weather and road conditions.

Fit before assignment

Enclosed protection
needs a clear plan.

A covered trailer reduces direct exposure, but door openings, interior clearance and payload capacity must suit the modified vehicle. Wet or remote pickup conditions also affect access and loading.

Loading clearance
Wider tracks, lifted suspension and low components can require specialist equipment or a different loading arrangement.
Restraints & anchor points
Wheel restraints, ratchet straps and suitable anchors must be matched to manufacturer guidance and the actual equipment.
Accessories & cargo
Disclose roofs, windshields, light bars, spare wheels and removable cargo. Acceptance and any preparation are confirmed with the carrier.

One vehicle or a mixed move

Different machines.
One reviewed plan.

An ATV, UTV and golf cart do not share one universal loading setup. Multi-vehicle requests need individual dimensions and a combined capacity and securement review.

Plan each vehicle
Identify each machine, modifications, condition and pickup/delivery requirements.
Confirm the combination
Deck space, payload, route and suitable equipment determine whether the vehicles can travel together.

From review to delivery

Four stages.
No skipped requirements.

Loading and road transport are performed by the assigned motor carrier; Dynamic coordinates the shipment and communication.

  1. Describe the shipment

Share your route, preferred dates and the actual side-by-side configuration—not just its model name.

  2. Confirm the plan

Review vehicle condition, access, measurements and the suitable carrier equipment.

  3. Coordinate pickup

The assigned motor carrier reviews condition, loads and secures the vehicle using the confirmed arrangement.

  4. Review at delivery

Meet the driver, compare the vehicle with the pickup record and document any concerns at the handoff.

Preparation matters

Before the ramps
meet the tires.

Use the vehicle manual and the assigned carrier’s instructions for the final preparation plan.

  • Send current photographs and actual width, height, length and weight.
  • Identify modifications, protruding equipment and low-clearance points.
  • Report leaks, damage, tire issues and any operating or braking problems.
  • Confirm how loose cargo, tools and removable accessories must be handled.
  • Agree on key access, operating instructions and fuel or battery requirements.
  • Check that the pickup and receiving locations suit the transport equipment.

Why Dynamic
Do all side-by-sides fit in an enclosed trailer?

No. Width, height, length, weight, door openings and loading clearance must be checked for the actual vehicle. Roofs, roll cages and oversized tires can require specialist equipment.

Can you coordinate Polaris, Can-Am, Honda or Kawasaki UTV transport?

We can review those vehicle families and comparable UTVs. Provide the model and current configuration, dimensions and condition; brand or model name alone does not confirm equipment fit or acceptance.

How are lifted or widened UTVs handled?

Share measurements and photographs of the modified vehicle before equipment is assigned. Lift kits, wider tires, suspension and added accessories may change deck width, ramp clearance and carrier requirements.

Is open transport or enclosed transport better?

Open equipment may offer useful loading space and route availability, with exposure to normal road and weather conditions. Enclosed transport reduces direct exposure but has its own fit and capacity limits. Discuss the actual UTV and your priorities.

How are UTVs secured during transport?

The carrier determines appropriate restraints, anchors and stabilization using the vehicle manufacturer’s guidance and transport equipment. No single strap arrangement is suitable for every UTV. Page illustrations are not loading instructions.

Can I leave the roof, windshield and accessories attached?

Disclose them in advance, including how they are fitted and any removable items. They can affect dimensions and handling. The assigned carrier confirms acceptance and any removal or preparation requirements.

Can a non-running or damaged side-by-side be shipped?

It requires review before acceptance. Explain whether it rolls, steers and brakes and describe damage, locked wheels, leaks or missing components so suitable loading equipment can be considered.

Can several specialty vehicles travel together?

A mixed shipment can be reviewed using the measurements, weight, condition and route for each vehicle. Available deck space, payload, securement and access determine whether a combined arrangement is suitable.

What determines the price, timing and coverage?

Route, dates, vehicle dimensions, condition and equipment needs affect the quote and schedule. Request the assigned carrier’s applicable cargo-coverage details and shipment terms before confirming; do not assume universal limits, guaranteed dates or all-risk protection.
