Information you provide

Quote and contact requests may include your name, email address, telephone number, pickup and delivery cities, ZIP codes or addresses, preferred dates, and vehicle or shipment information. Vehicle details may include year, make, model, condition, size, modifications and requested transport type. We also receive messages, documents and other information you choose to provide while discussing or arranging a shipment.

Please provide only information needed for your request. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, full payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information through a quote form, email or chat. If you use a separate payment service, review that provider’s privacy notice before entering payment information.

How information is used

We use relevant information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, discuss transport options, coordinate carriers and the pickup and delivery handoffs, provide shipment status updates, and support the services you request. Information may also be used to maintain business records, address billing or disputes, detect misuse, protect the website and improve its content and usability.

Service-related communications may concern your inquiry, quote, scheduling, carrier coordination, pickup, transit or delivery. Tell us your contact preferences. A route shown by the quote tool is a planning aid, not a live view of a transported vehicle. You can contact our team if you prefer to discuss a route without using the online map.

Service providers and other disclosures

Information relevant to a shipment may be shared with the assigned or prospective motor carrier, drivers, dispatchers and other transport providers involved in preparing or fulfilling your request. For example, a carrier may need contact details, vehicle information, locations, dates and access instructions.

We may also use providers for website hosting, email, forms, communications, analytics, security, records or payment services. These providers receive information needed for their functions, subject to the arrangements and rules that apply to them. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, safety, disputes or legal rights, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable requirements. The website is intended for people arranging transportation, not for children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
